The Best Heating, Cooling, and Hot Water System for Professionals

GeoComfort Geothermal Systems benefit everyone involved in the construction and renovation process, including, but not limited to, HVAC installers, architects, engineers, builders, designers, etc. Use our flexible line of geothermal heating and cooling systems to make your next project more environmental and economically sound.

Geothermal heating, cooling, and hot water systems have many benefits. Here are a few that apply specifically to those in the building and renovating profession:

Net Zero

Geothermal heating, cooling, and hot water systems propel homes and buildings toward net zero and LEED certification. How?

  • Geothermal heating and cooling systems only use one unit of electricity to move up to five units of heating or cooling to buildings.
  • Geothermal systems reduce four times the amount of kilowatt-hours from the electrical grid per dollar spent than photovoltaic solar and wind power contribute to the electrical grid.

Visual Appeal

How do you make an outdoor unit look visually appealing? You don't. With a geothermal heat pump there is:

  • No visible outdoor equipment. The ground loop is underground and the unit is kept indoors.
  • Flexibility. The same compact unit can be used to heat, cool, and provide 100% of the water needed for a home or building, or you can pair systems to fit the needs of the structure.

Superior Air Quality

GeoComfort Geothermal Systems improve air quality dramatically because:

  • Fossil fuels are not used at all to power the system, so there's no potential for harmful leaks.
  • Geothermal lowers humidity levels, which also aids in the high level of comfort the system provide.
  • All our systems have UL GREENGUARD Gold certified foam to further the high air quality standards geothermal is known for.

Commercial and Residential U.S. Federal Tax Credits for Geothermal

The 30% residential and 10% commercial U.S. tax credits have been reinstated for 2018 and is retroactive for any systems installed in 2017!

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, reinstated in February 2018, allows for a 30% tax credit for costs associated with ENERGY STAR-qualified, residential geothermal heat pumps, as noted in section 25D of the Internal Revenue Code.

Other commercial and residential tax credits and financial incentives may apply in your area.

We partner with software programs that help you design and implement each geothermal project with ease.
